We are going to calculate the equation of the straight line for the graph

The first step is to calculate the slope of the curve for this we need to select two points

A = (0, 5)

B = (10, 9)

\begin{gathered} m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1) \\ m=(9-5)/(10-0) \\ m=(4)/(10) \\ m=(2)/(5) \\ \end{gathered}

The second step is to calculate the y-axis intersection.

\begin{gathered} b=y-mx \\ b=5-(2)/(5)\cdot(0) \\ b=5 \end{gathered}

The equation of the line that passes through the points

y=(2)/(5)x+5
