The vertex of the parabola has coordinates (0,-4).

Now, to find two points to the left of the vertex we can set x=-2, and x= -1:

At x=-2, y=(-2)²-4=0, therefore the coordinates of this point are (-2,0),

At x=-1, y=(-1)²-4=-3, therefore the coordinates of this point are (-1,-3).

To find two points to the right of the vertex we can set x=2, and x= 1:

At x=2, y=(2)²-4=0, therefore the coordinates of this point are (2,0),

At x=1, y=(1)²-4=-3, therefore the coordinates of this point are (1,-3).
