Answer:

12h+300=10h+400

first you get h alone on one side so you subtract 10 from 12 because they are like terms. and you are subtracting because its the oppiste

sign of +10 so it turns to negitive -10

12h-10h=2h

then you subtract 300 from 400 because they are like termd

400-300=100

then you divide 100 by 2

2h=100

h=50

h= 50
