So we're going to solve the equation:

(9x-2)(3x-8)=0

As you can notice, both factors could be zero, so, we're going to solve the equation of each factor to find both solutions.

This is:

(9x-2)(3x-8)=0\to\begin{cases}9x-2=0\to x=(2)/(9) \\ 3x-8=0\to x=(8)/(3)\end{cases}

Therefore, the solutions are x=2/9 and x=8/3.
