If I have the right to remain silent, then don't I have the right to not go to court and keep my case silent? why isn't that a law?

Answer:

Yes. Unless you invoke your right to remain silent, your silence may be used against you.

Step-by-step explanation:

In the United States, the state can use a suspect's silence against them in court if they do not affirmatively invoke their right to remain silent.
