The point-slope form is
y-y_1=m(x-x_1).

You need to substitute in the given slope and the given x-coordinate and y-coordinate:


y - 6 = -1 (x-(-(3)/(2)))

This cleans up to be:


y - 6 = - (x+(3)/(2))
