Answer:

y=-2x+8

Explanation:

First you have to flip the original slope and change the sign (1/2 changes to -2)

Use y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-6)=-2(x-7)

Negative times b=negative is a positive

y+6=-2(x-7)

Distribute

y+6=-2x+14

subtract 6

y=-2x+8
