Answer:

These pieces of art both depict humanoids. However, the first artwork contains beings that are not fully human. For example, the humanoid on the far right represents an angel.

Elements : shape, value, and color
Principles : emphasis, movement, variety, and proportion

These art works look like they are from The Roman Empire. (625 BC - 476 AD)

(not super sure about this one) The first artwork resembles beings similar to gods and angels. This shows that whomever created the first illustration is religious.
