(3)/(2)x + 4 or y = 1.5x + 4

Explanation:

1) Find the coefficient

To find the coefficient ( gradient ), divide the change in y by change in x

In the graph it would be 3 divided by 2 which will give you 1.5 or
(3)/(2)

2) Find the y-interecept

The y-intercept is the point where the line crosses the y-axis which in this case will be 4
