Yes she’s correct
She cross multiplied the expression

Answer:

Yes, in solving she used Cross multiplication, multiplying 3 to 10 and 5 to 2 and arriving at the answer of 30/10, she then divided 30 by 10, getting the final answer which is 3.

(3)/(5) \ * (2)/(10) = (30)/(10) = 3
