Answer: Trapezoid

Reason:

The
b_1 and
b_2 are the parallel bases. A trapezoid has exactly one pair of opposite parallel sides. The other two opposite sides aren't parallel.

The h refers to the height of the trapezoid. The height is always perpendicular to either base.

The
(1)/(2)(b_1+b_2) portion is where we're averaging the two base lengths.
