3. To find your slope do
`(y_(2)-y_(1) )/(x_(2)-x_(1) )` and simplify in this case it would give you
`(2)/(1)` when simplified.

HOW TO GET THE POINT-SLOPE FORM

The formula for the point-slope form is
`y-y_(1) = m(x-x_(1) )` with m being your slope

Simply plug-in the numbers, you can use any coordinates for this.
