y=11/2x+1/2 (Graph provided in picture)

Explanation:

Try converting - 11x +2y = 1 into y=mx+b format.

- 11x +2y = 1

Add 11x to both sides

2y=11x+1

Divide both sides by 2

y=11/2x+1/2

And then graph that. A y intercept of 1/2 and a slope of 5 1/2
