Lets say the building is good looking but needs some fixing. This is how you would describe it.
From outside it is Good looking just needs some adjustments here and there. Inside The rooms are all intact besides the fact that they look to plains. Flooring looks good as well but there is a need for some better flooring. The building is in good condition and looks like a safe place.
