Answer:

Net torque in positive direction:

Fz = -450 * cos 30 deg * 1.5 = -585 N-M

Fz = 200 * 3.5 = 700 N-M

Net F = 115 N-M

Torque is generally defined as L = R X F

X cross Y = Z normal coordinate system

Note that Z will be out of the page giving the positive value for the torque.
