All of the Potential energy ( mgh) is converted to Kintetic energy (1/2 m v^2)

mgh = 1/2 mv^2 divide 'm' out

gh = 1/2 v^2

2 gh = v^2

v = sqrt ( 2 gh ) = sqrt ( 2 * 0.81 * 2 ) = 1.8 m/s

( NOTE that mass (.25kg) is irrelevant in this question !)
