J'ai l'intention de manger plus de légumes pendant une semaine. Je veux me peser tous les jours. L'exercice est bon pour votre santé, corporelle et mentale. La course à pied est une bonne option. La natation est bonne aussi. L'escalade par temps nuageux est idéale.
