Which of the following passages uses circular reasoning?

After Herve explained that he thought they should get a dog, Aubrey replied that a cat chased her down the stairs once.
Dogs are better than cats because dogs just are better pets to have.
Maribel was deciding what dog to adopt, when Todd said to her, "You can't take care of a dog because you don't like cats!"
Nine out of ten people agree that dogs are the best pets to have.

Answer: "Dogs are better than cats because dogs just are better pets to have."

You can obviously see that the use of the arguments conclusion acts as a premise for proving the argument. I am confident this answer is correct.

Answer: B --- "Dogs are better than cats because dogs are just better pets to have."

Step-by-step explanation:

The use of an argument's conclusion as a premise for proving the argument (assuming what it is attempting to prove) - a Circular reasoning. In this case, answer B is looping back to the beginning of the question without having any proper reasoning's to do so, except for them simply being "better." He doesn't have evidence to back up this claim either, the entirety of it's structure being dependent on the "end" of the question.
