The expression can be written as

5\log _(10)6+5\log _(10)7

Factoring out 5 gives

5(\log _(10)6+\log _(10)7)

Using the logarithm property that

\log _bx+\log _by=\log _bxy

we rewrite our expression as

5(\log _(10)6*7)

Finally, using the other logarithm property that

a\log _bc=\log _bc^a

we rewrite our expression as

5(\log _(10)6*7)=\textcolor{#FF7968}{(\log _(10)6^5*7^5).}

which is choice b.
