(x,y)\rightarrow(x+a,y+b)

The original figure has vertexes on the points (-4,-2), (-1,2), (1,-3) and (4,-1). In this case the translation given means that we need to move the figure 4 units to the right and 2 units down, then the new vertexes will be (0.-4), (3,0), (5,-5) and (8,-3).
