Y=-5/3 - I believe this is the answer

The line is going down as you move further to the right, which shows that it is a negative slope.

Slop is rise/run. So, looking at the point, you can see that it is 5 units vertically, for every 3 units across, as shown but the -3 value.

So for rise over run, you would either count the rise and the run, or if it goes through the origin, identify a point (-3,5) is given, and flip it for y=-5/3
