Given expression is

(-z^2(1-2x))/(y-x)

Given

x=-2,y=-3,z=5

Substituting in the given expression,

\begin{gathered} (-z^2(1-2x))/(y-x)=(-(5)^2(1-2(-2)))/(-3-(-2)) \\ =(-25(1+4))/(-1) \\ =125 \end{gathered}

Hence, the value of the given expression is 125.
