Triangular prism with base being an equilateral triangle with side of 9.

Area of equilateral triangle with side a:

  • b = (√3/4)a²

Volume:

  • V = bh = (√3/4)a²h = (√3/4)9²*14 = 491.0 cm³

Surface area:

  • A = 3ah + √3/2*a² = 3*9*14 + √3/2*9² = 448.1 cm²
