19) the proportion of shining day to all day is:


4\colon5

So if the month have 30 days then we have to multiplay the ratio for 6 so:


\begin{gathered} 6\cdot4\colon6\cdot5 \\ 24\colon30 \end{gathered}

So there was 24 shining day out of 30 so now we can calculate the percentage with a rule of 3


\begin{gathered} 30\to100 \\ 24\to x \end{gathered}

and the equation is:


\begin{gathered} x=(100\cdot24)/(30) \\ x=80 \end{gathered}

So the 80% of the days wwere shining
