Write out the given information


\begin{gathered} \text{Fight cost=\$12,500} \\ \text{Cost per ticket=\$131} \\ \text{Number of passengers =n} \end{gathered}

The profit is given by


profit=revenue-\cos t

From the data given above, the revenue will be


\begin{gathered} \text{ Revenue=cost per ticket x number of passengers } \\ \text{hence} \\ \text{ Revenue=\$131}* n=131n \end{gathered}

Hence


\text{Profit}=131n-12500

Therefore

P=131n - 12 500
