The volume of trailer is V = 180 cubic feet.

Determine the volume of one box, whose dimension is 3/2 ft by 4/3 ft by 2 ft.

\begin{gathered} v=(3)/(2)\cdot(4)/(3)\cdot2 \\ =2\cdot2 \\ =4 \end{gathered}

Determine the number of boxes that can be fit in trailer.

\begin{gathered} n=(180)/(4) \\ =45 \end{gathered}

So 45 boxes can be loaded in trailer.
