step 1

Volume of the cone is equal to


\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)\cdot B\cdot h \\ 30=(1)/(3)\cdot B\cdot h \\ 90=B\cdot h \end{gathered}

where

B is the area of the base and h is the height of cone

step 2

the volume of cylinder is equal to


V=B\cdot h
