Answer: The bottom diagram from the second picture you sent is the new position of the rectangle

when you rotate the rectangle counter clockwise. it stands erect the lenght longer than the width, the new position is between (-3,4) and (-2, 4), then when shifted to the right 4 units

-1 + 4= 3D

-2 + 4 = 2

then the new postion is between (3,4 ) and ( 2, 4 )
