Solution

Note: Equation of a Line os given as

y=mx+c

We are given that the slope is -4/5

That is m = -4/5

y=-(4)/(5)x+c

It has x intercept of 3, that is the point (3, 0)

Substituting we have

\begin{gathered} y=-(4)/(5)x+c \\ 0=-(4)/(5)(3)+c \\ c=(12)/(5) \\ Thus,\text{ we have} \\ y=-(4)/(5)x+(12)/(5) \end{gathered}

The graph of the line is
