Paranthropus is a genus of hominin that is already extinct. They have two species which are the P. robustus and P. boisei. It existed about 2.5 to 1.5 million years ago. It was also one of the first discovered hominids. It evolved from P. aethiopicus or from other sourthern African species. P. robustos is the last among this group that are cibsidered of human ancestors. This group of human ancestors give as an idea that when was the ancient humans evolved.
