Ok, we have to find the value according with the following:

z-score=2

Standard desviation (σ)= 1.5

mean (μ)=22

Now, we need clear the value (x) in the following equation:

z-\text{score}=((x-\mu))/(\sigma)
(z-\text{score }\cdot\sigma)=x-\mu
(z-score\cdot\sigma)+\mu=x

Now, replacing the values, we have:

x=(2\cdot1.5)+22=3+22=25

So, finally we got that the value of the element is: 25.
