We are asked to find the area of a parallelogram.

And the image shows one with base of size: 12 meters, and height = 8 meters.

We recall that the area of a parallelogram is defined by the formula:

Are = base x height

and therefore replace base by 12 m and the height with 8 m to obtain:

Area = 12 m x 8 m = 96 m^2 (96 square meters)

Since they are providing you with the units (m^2), you just need to type 96 in the box.
