We know that

The probability of red is 1/5.

The probability of blue is 1/4.

Let's add these probabilities

(1)/(5)+(1)/(4)=(4+5)/(20)=(9)/(20)

This means the probability of green is the complement fraction 11/20.

Then, we multiply this probability by 40

(11)/(20)\cdot40=22

Hence, it will land 22 times on the green.
