The point slope form is:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

where m is the slope and (x1,y1) is the point.

In this case, m=2 and the point is (3, 9).

Then we can write the equation as:

y-9=2(x-3)

The answer is y-9 = 2(x-3)
