mass = 65kg

table weighs = 490 N

F = ma

Where:

F = force

a = acceleration due gravity (9.8 m/s^2)

F = 65 x 9.8 = 637 N

Add both weights

F = 637 + 490 = 1,127 N

N = sum of forces

N= Normal force = 1,127 N
