Volume of cuboid = length x breadth x height where

length = 3 ft

Breadth,= 1 ft

Height = 3/2 ft

Volume of cuboid, V=

\begin{gathered} Volume=3\text{ }*1(1)/(2)*1 \\ where1(1)/(2)=(3)/(2)\text{ (improper fraction)} \\ Volume=3\text{ }*(3)/(2)*1\text{ = }(9)/(2)\text{ = 4}.5\text{ and 9 mod 2 = 1} \\ Volume\text{ = 4.5 cu ft or 4}(1)/(2)\text{ cu ft} \end{gathered}

Therefore, volume of cuboid is 4.5 cu ft
