The number of cups of ice cream is:

$\begin{gathered} 3(1)/(2)/(1)/(4) \\ (7)/(2)*(4)/(1) \\ (28)/(2)=14 \end{gathered}$

Hence, there would be 14 cups of serving of the ice cream
