\begin{gathered} \text{Perimeter = x+x+5+x+19} \\ 69=3x+24 \\ 69-24=3x \\ x=(45)/(3) \\ x=15 \end{gathered}

so, the sides of the triangle are 15 inches

, 20 inches and 34 inches
