we have that

the linear equation in slope-intercept form

is equal to

S=mW+b

where

m=$30 per week (is the slope or unit rate)

b=$350 (initial amount)

therefore

the equation is

S=30W+350

After 18 weeks

For w=18 weeks

substitute

S=30(18)+350

S=$890
