Let x represent the number of workers in the company. If 80% are men, it means that the percentage that are women is

100 - 80 = 20%

If 920 people work for the company who aren't men, it means that they are women. Therefore, 20% of x is 920. This means that

20/100 * x = 920

0.2x = 920

x = 920/0.2

x = 4600

There are 4600 workers in the company
