Step-by-step explanation:

Required;

We are required to create two data sets, each with 7 data points and a mean of 10.

Also, to draw a box plot for the data set.

Step-by-step solution;

We shall randomly take 7 numbers whose sum is 70. We know that 70 divided by 7 is 10, therefore the average for these 7 numbers is already known as required.

The data set therefore would be;

PART A:

5,8,10,11,11,12,13

The mean shall be;

\begin{gathered} Mean=(5+8+10+11+11+12+13)/(7) \\ \\ Mean=(70)/(7) \\ \\ Mean=10 \end{gathered}

The box plot would now appear as follows;

PART B:

4,8,9,9,13,11,16

The mean shall be;

\begin{gathered} Mean=(4+8+9+9+11+13+16)/(7) \\ \\ Mean=(70)/(7) \\ \\ Mean=10 \end{gathered}

The box plot would now appear as follows;
