Lets start from the definitions:

Complementary (C) is the angle that, once you add it, the result will be 90°;

Suplementary (S) is the angle that, once you add it, the result will be 180°;

Vertical (V) is the oposite angle when two lines cross each other. They will be the same.

From this, we can calculate for the first angle (m(Complementary:
C_A+23=90\rightarrow C_A=90-23=67\degreeSuplementary:
S_A+23=180\rightarrow S_A=180-23=157\degree_{}Vertical:
V_A=23\degree--------------------- And now, we calculate for the second angle -------------------------

Complementary:

C_B+y=90\degree\rightarrow C_B=90\degree-y\degree

Suplementary:

S_B+y=180\rightarrow S_B=180\degree-y\degree

Vertical:

V_B=y\degree
