To solve for x:

On solving we get,

$\begin{gathered} 0.0007x+0.28=0.7 \\ 0.0007x=-0.28+0.7 \\ 0.0007x=-0.21 \\ x=-(0.21)/(0.0007) \\ x=-300 \end{gathered}$

Hence, the value of x is -300.
