Answer:

Seeing that they are very wild animals, neither would be a good choice. donkey cannot be tamed and many have tried. Giraffes are, according to info from their keepers at the Bronx zoo, flighty and difficult to train. If someone insisted on giving me either one, I would donate it immediately to my city's zoo.
