1) Using the Quadratic Equation to Solve

3x²-8x+1=3

3x²-8x+1-3=3-3

3x² -8x -2=0

2)Let's find the discriminant

Δ= (-8)²-4(3)(-2)

Δ=64 -4(3)(-2)

Δ=88
