The triangles DEF are similar with D'E'F'

The bases of D'E'F' and DEF are 10 and 4 units respectively

\begin{gathered} (D^(\prime)E^(\prime)F)/(DEF)\text{ = }(10)/(4) \\ \Rightarrow(5)/(2) \end{gathered}

Carl is correct, because when the sides of the triangle are compared , the ratio gives 5/2
