The primary driver of the wind is Earth's rotation. The rotation of the Earth gives rise to the Coriolis effect. The Coriolis effect causes the winds to move across the surface of the earth.

Because of this effect circulating wind deflect towards the right in the Nothern Hemisphere, and towards the left in Southern Hemisphere.

Hence the correct answer is option 4.
