We know that p and q are inversely proportional.

This means that if p goes up, q goes down in the same proportion.

Now, notice that if p goes from 18 to 2, it means that it was divided by 9

(18)/(9)=2

Since q is inversely proportional, we have to multiply the original value by 9:

q=9\cdot9=81

This way, we get that q is 81 when p is 2
