1) Multiplicative inverses are the numbers whose product by the original number yields 1.

2) So examining the number 0.3 we can rewrite it as:


(3)/(10)

3) And therefore the multiplicative inverse of that is the number:


(3)/(10)*(10)/(3)=(30)/(30)=1

SO the multiplicative inverse of 0.3 is:


(10)/(3)
