\begin{gathered} x=2y+2_{\text{ }}(1) \\ -3x+6y=-6_{\text{ }}(2) \end{gathered}

Replace the value of x into (2)


\begin{gathered} -3(2y+2)+6y=-6 \\ -6y-6+6y=-6 \\ -6y+6y=6-6 \\ 0=0 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the system has infinitely many solutions
